larger diameter of 800mm available on the market. Cutting and
feeding assistance mechanism, making material feeding convenient
and simple. The equipment is equipped with an electrostatic
eliminator, effectively removing static electricity.
EVA materials have a thermo-fusing function, improving efficiency
and ease of operation. For TPT materials, there is a material head
detection function, effectively preventing material waste due to
material factors. Equipped with a punching mold, the mold is
adjustable, and has strong applicability. The whole machine is
protected by a cover, with a light grid protection on the feeding
side, which is aesthetically pleasing and safe.

Question 6: There are bubbles in the laminated product. What should
I do?
Answer: Bubbles may appear due to insufficient pressure, uneven
film spreading, or dust on the material surface. First, check and
adjust the pressure rollers to ensure even pressure. Make sure the
film is spread smoothly before lamination. Also, clean the surface
of the material to be laminated thoroughly to remove any
impurities.
Question 7: The laminated film peels off easily. What's the
problem?
Answer: It could be caused by poor adhesion of the film, which
might be due to improper temperature setting (for hot laminating
machines), low-quality film, or insufficient pressure during the
lamination process. Check and adjust the temperature if necessary,
